A strong technical foundation is a CRUCIAL component for developing mental and strategic strength. It provides the professional with a base on which mental and tactical strength can be built.

The focus is always on developing skills that support long-term success.
A tennis career is a marathon. During youth, the foundations and first steps in a decisive direction are set. Players should be ready and trained to master this marathon by the age of 16-18.
